  1. Where is your location?

Your order will be shipped from the supplier's factory in China to our US distribution Center in City of Industry, CA. Then it will be shipped to your door from City of Industry, CA. 

 

  1. Is your website legit and safe to order?

Yes. Our website is legit and has already received many compliments from our lovely customers. You can feel our sincerity from our website as well. Hope you can give us a chance to prove ourselves! As all the business has good and bad reputations, we're not perfect but will do our best to solve the problems and keep going.

 

  1. Your size runs small or big?

Our products are true to our size chart. You can check the measurements of the bust, waist, hip and length in the size chart on the item page before your purchase.

 

  1. When will my order be shipped?

Normally the process time is within 5-7 business days.

 

  1. When I can expect to receive my items?
  • Flat Rate Shipping: 20-25 business days 
  • Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days 
  • Express Shipping: 8-14 business days 
  • Express Shipping(order$150+): 8-14 business days

 

  1. Do you have Wholesale& Drop Shipping?

Unfortunately, we are not honoring wholesale accounts at this time. We'll keep your information on file should we offer wholesale in the near future. But if you buy in bulk now, we are willing to offer you a good discount.

Our designs are from black designers and African culture, But funded by many kinds of company. And we hope that we can improve the black women fashion life, maybe just a little, but worth to do. 

 

  1. How do I order?

To purchase an item, click the "add to cart" button which you will find on each product page. Once you have added the item(s) you wish to your cart click "checkout" and your order will then be processed externally by PayPal. You may pay with your debit or credit card through PayPal, or directly with your PayPal account if you have one. When your chosen payment method has been accepted, PayPal will send you a payment receipt email and you will receive an "order confirmation" email from us. Your order will then begin processing.

 

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is exclusively by PayPal. You can pay with your debit or credit card through PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account. However it is easy to set up a PayPal account if you have a valid email address.

 

  1. What currency do you use? 

We are based in the US so all our prices are in USD (US Dollars). If you wish to know the prices in your local country, please use a currency converter such as XE.com.

 

  1. What shipping service do you use? 

Most of our orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Post Office).  But if the weight of the order exceeds the standard of USPS, we will ship via DHL.

 

13. Does Beautiedoll check the products before shipping them to me?

Yes, for sure.
We have a professional Quality Control team. They will check carefully for each item we received from suppliers and manufacturers to avoid sending defective goods to our customers.
If an item is found defective in our QC test, it will be returned to the supplier / factory. So please don't worry about receiving a defective item because we are committed to being a trustworthy and reliable seller on international on-line shopping market.

 

14. What will happen if I refuse to accept my delivery?

If the order is returned to us, once we have received it, we will refund 50% of your payment to you.
